How the quantity calculator works

Arithmetic is useful only when the quantities describe comparable materials.

Inputs

The amount is the label quantity per container. Multiply by the number of containers, then divide the entered merchandise plus shipping/tax total by that quantity. Currency is USD for this worksheet.

Example

Two containers labelled 10 mg each represent 20 mg of labelled quantity. An entered total of $100 gives $5 per labelled mg. This is a calculation example, not a PEL quote.

Limits
